How do you find these files?! I personally just got rid of the error message when I started up the computer because I know how iTunes is about this stuff and it didn't bother me beyond some A clean install of Windows will erase everything from the hard drive and install a fresh copy of Windows. I hope this helps someone else as much as it has helped me to preserve the answers.
